InfoNgen was founded in 2004 by the founders of Multex.com, whose highly regarded offerings helped to redefine the financial information and research marketplace.

Our management team includes:

Isaak Karaev: As Chairman and CEO of InfoNgen, Mr. Karaev is focused on the firm's overall business strategy, and on developing strategic relationships in the market. Prior to establishing InfoNgen, Mr. Karaev was a founder of Multex.Com - a pioneer in online investment research - leading the company through a successful IPO in 1999, revenue growth to nearly $100 million in 2002, and finally its sale to Reuters in 2003.

John J Mahoney: In his role as CTO of InfoNgen, Mr. Mahoney is the architect of the firm's overall product and technology strategy. Previously Mr. Mahoney was a founder of Multex.Com, where - as CTO - he navigated the company through its transition to the internet, and the subsequent rapid expansion of its product portfolio. He has worked with Mr. Karaev in the financial marketplace since 1985. An avid blogger, Mr. Mahoney posts frequently about various topics, mostly technology focused, on his personal blog The Digital Edge.
